Delivery

We’re a shiny new brand and, full disclosure, easily distracted — but we promise we’re doing our best! While we aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 days for your T-shirt to arrive. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you’ll get your tracking details as soon as it’s on its way

Bought a T-shirt. Love it? Amazing.

Not vibing with it? Also fine. Let’s fix it.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

If you’re in the UK, you’ve got 14 days from the day your T-shirt arrives to say:

“Actually… no.”

Once you tell us you want to return it, you’ve got another 14 days to send it back.

No awkward explanations required. We’ve all been there.

Returning an Item

To be eligible for a return:

The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
It must be in its original condition, with tags still attached
It should be returned in the original packaging where possible

You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase

Basically: tried on = okay.
Actually lived in it = not okay

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised T-shirts (unless they arrive faulty or incorrect)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

(This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty.)

How to Start a Return

Just email us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
A quick reason for the return (optional, but helpful!)

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Original delivery costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the post

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we’ll let you know.

If approved:

Your refund will be sent to your original payment method
We aim to process refunds within 5–10 working days
Your payment provider may take a little longer to show the refund

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something’s gone wrong and your T-shirt is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Send us:

Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo if possible

We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return postage.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, just return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
