By using our website and placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

If you don’t agree, that’s okay — just don’t place an order.

3. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to make sure:

  • Product descriptions are accurate
  • Photos show colours and designs clearly

That said:

  • Screen colours can vary
  • Minor differences can happen

If something arrives faulty or incorrect, that’s on us (see Returns).

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£)

Prices include VAT only if we’re VAT registered

Delivery costs are shown before checkout (no surprises)

Payment must be completed before we dispatch your order.

5. Orders

Once you place an order:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email
  • This doesn’t mean it’s shipped yet — just that we’ve got it
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
  • There’s a pricing error
  • Stock isn’t available
  • We suspect fraud

If this happens, you’ll be fully refunded.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy lives on its own page (because it’s important).

Quick version:

  • You have 14 days to change your mind (UK law)
  • Items must be unworn and unused

Custom items aren’t returnable unless faulty

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your T-shirt arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund
  • We’ll cover return postage

9. Our Responsibility (The Legal Bit)

We’re responsible for:

  • Supplying goods as described
  • Items being of satisfactory quality
  • Items being fit for purpose

We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays outside our control (hello, postal system)
  • Misuse of products

Nothing here affects your legal rights.
